This 7th day of May, 1986, defense counsel Anthony A. Figliola, Jr., Esquire having moved to withdraw as attorney for Coy E. Bailey, Jr. to comply with the wishes of his client, for the reasons stated in defendants letter "of disassociation" to counsel dated March 14, 1986 (with copy to the Clerk of this Court); and defense counsel having filed an amended motion for leave to withdraw pursuant to directions of this Court dated March 31 and April 2, 1986; and the State having filed an answer in opposition to the amended motion of defense counsel; and no reply to the States answer in opposition having been timely filed under Rule 30(b), and defendant not having replied to any of the responses of defense counsel concerning his representation of defendant at trial or to the States position; and the matter having been duly considered, it appears to the Court on the basis of the existing record before it that:
